Swanson Electrical Services Inc. has been in business for over 10 years. Jeff Swanson, owner of Swanson Electrical Services, Inc., is a high school graduate of Grant High School in 1986. Jeff worked as an apprentice electrician from 1986 - 1990. In 1990 Jeff aquired his State of Michigan Journeyman Electrical license. In 1993 Jeff aquired his State of Michigan Master Electrical license and Electrical Contractor license. In 1998 Jeff started Swanson Electric.

In 2002 Swanson Electric merged with another electrical contractor Jeff Swanson was estimator / project manager while overseeing many projects, including:
Grant Library (new)
Grant Public Schools (new auditorium)
Numerous remodel / upgrades at Meijer stores

In 2005 Swanson Electrical Services, Inc. became separate from the merger Swanson Electrical Services Inc. has completed and continues to do many projects

Swanson Electrical Services, Inc. currently employs 20 electricians.
